Hi there! I'm thrilled you are here. I have been here before—endlessly looking for therapists and not knowing where to start. Who will understand and guide me? The journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth through therapy can be intimidating, however, I am here to help navigate these life challenges.

My goal as a therapist is simple yet profound: to guide you towards a comfortable and safe environment for you to explore your inner world, promote self-discovery, and nurture personal growth. A successful therapeutic journey is built on honesty and openness. This is a safe space where you can freely express yourself, share your thoughts and feelings, and be your true, authentic self.

My approach

I specialize in attachment-based, trauma-informed therapy for children and adults impacted by early relational trauma, chronic stress, and emotional dysregulation. I exclusively offer telehealth therapy, inviting clients to cozy up on their couch while engaging in meaningful trauma treatment from the comfort of home. My approach centers on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and attachment-focused interventions to support nervous system regulation and trauma processing, with developmentally appropriate, play-based and creative methods used when working with children. Therapy is collaborative, paced with care, and grounded in compassion, helping clients heal attachment wounds and experience meaningful, lasting change.

I am here to guide you through your journey
