Important Note on Insurance Availability: To ensure I can provide high-quality, sustainable care, I reserve a limited number of spots for clients utilizing insurance. Availability is subject to change based on my current caseload. Please reach out to verify if an insurance slot is currently open.

Out-of-Network Benefits: For all other insurance plans, payment is due at the time of service. If you wish to seek reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill and am happy to help you navigate understanding your coverage.

Sliding Scale & Accessibility

I believe that financial limitations shouldn't completely block access to deep healing. I reserve a dedicated, limited number of reduced-fee sliding scale spots in my practice.

If my standard fees or insurance constraints feel like a barrier to your care, please reach out anyway. I am always happy to talk through your financial situation during our initial consultation to see if we can find an arrangement that fits your budget or place you on a waitlist for the next available slot.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment where you can focus on healing, growth, and building healthier relationships. I provide therapy exclusively via secure telehealth, allowing you to access care from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Standard Fees

• Child Sessions (Ages 7 & under): $200 (30–45 minutes)

• Individual Sessions: $200 (50 minutes)

• Family Sessions: $220 (50 minutes)

A Note on EMDR Therapy: Because EMDR therapy sometimes benefits from additional processing time, extended 90-minute EMDR sessions are available when clinically appropriate. We will always collaborate together on pacing and session length based on your needs and nervous system capacity. (Please contact me for 90-minute prorated fee structures).

EMDR Session Bundles

EMDR tends to be most effective when sessions occur with consistency and therapeutic momentum. For clients who already know they would like to engage in focused trauma processing, I offer optional EMDR bundles:

• 6-Session EMDR Series
$1,140 total (regularly $1,200)
Equivalent to $190 per session.
Supports steady trauma reprocessing and is often ideal for focused treatment goals.

• 10-Session EMDR Series
$1,850 total (regularly $2,000)
Equivalent to $185 per session.
Designed for deeper trauma and attachment-focused work for clients seeking longer-term momentum.

Bundles are completely optional, and we will always determine together what pace and structure feel most supportive for you.
